        My wife called and made the reservation and told them we have a service dog. After we got back to Indiana, we were charged $75 for our dog! She called and was told they could not take off the charge, that we had to get hold of corporate office. This is not acceptable and is very poor customer service. We will not be staying there again. Noteworthy details: They also charged us for parking!

        Our Room (106) had a vent in the bathroom, close to the ceiling that was FILTHY!!! We passed through town in late February 2024, for a one night stay. With all of the viruses and concerns for transmission, I would like to think the hotel management would be concerned enough for the well-being of their guests. Ugh!! It was disgusting!!
