Classic Smiles

I have had several issues with this dentists office. 1. The hygienists are excellent, but the dentist himself is rather rude, aggressive, and not very personable. 2. I went it for an appointment one morning to find out that my appointment was rescheduled due to missing the confirmation call, after calling to check and make sure the time was correct that very same day. I was told to sit and wait until something becomes available, even though there was hardly anyone in there to begin with. 3. Fast forward, I learned my lesson (I thought) and made sure to answer the courtesy call. I show up for my appointment YESTERDAY, alongside another gentleman, as soon as the office opened. We sat there for over an hour waiting. No one ever came to the office and the phone was not answered. I called this morning to voice my concerns and was very shortly answered that the office wasnt open and as a client I should have known. I will not be back here. Save your time, effort and energy and go elsewhere.

I can't say enough about Dr. Howard and his splint he has made for my TMJ....it had changed my entire life!!! I never knew that TMJ was at the root of all of my issues and I can't thank Dr. Howard enough for his knowledge and help! If you have TMJ, get help from Dr. Howard! It will change your life! He and his staff are so very friendly and easy to work with! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for changing my life, Dr. Howard!

My experience wasnt great here due to me having very sensitive teeth and being afraid of the dentist. Everyone except for the dentist was really nice. From my perspective he came off a bit aggressive and I wouldnt want someone like that doing my dental work. I opted to leave due to me not being comfortable there and feeling pain while attempting to work on my teeth. However I went to Troy Family Dentistry and theyre absolutely amazing I feel no pain at all when theyre working on me. Id definitely recommend troy family dentistry if you have sensitive teeth or a fear of dentist.

Very friendly staff at this dental clinic. I am always treated with respect on every visit. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
