Salon staff seems nice enough but my color came out nothing like I wanted. I asked for simple high and lowlights. 4hrs later no lowlights and highlights are over an inch and a half away from my scalp and I have have "hot spots" in my hair so I'll have to get it fixed. I normally would do it myself but tried to treat myself.... Backfired

I went in the Troy store a month after they opened, one of the staff was sooo rude. So I said just over looked over that tine and i said just come back later...so I went today 1st time since that time, this lady (a worker) asked did I find what I'm looking for, I told her looking for lipstick, she said good luck and kept walking. But on the next isle she was very helpful to a lady which was not of(my color) )showing her everything she needed...I'll never go back in there again.

I love shopping at Ulta! Store is always super clean and the Employee's I've encountered are pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
