        This place is ridiculous! First off the apartment they show you when doing the tour is NOT what you end up with. You have to clean up after the previous tenant. The front gate stayed broke for the first 8 months of the lease (not that it would help the fence line in front of building 3 is broke). Gun shots within the first month of my daughters living there. And don't get me started on the rising cost of the utilities (it's cheaper to cool & heat my entire house than this tiny apartment) ! Staff walks in without knocking, it's a total nightmare!! Trash everywhere (just look in the treeline behind building 3) & the smell of pot is thick! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone please, please, please look elsewhere!!

        The only reason they have 3.9 stars instead of 1 is because they bribe their poor tenants with gift card money. Bug infested with everything, non caring staff because college kids, gun shots in the night, parties every weekend, loud obnoxious neighbors they do nothing about like ever, their property is gross, trash everywhere, mold, mid wifi. Ew. This place is the ick. This was the worst stay. The maintenance boss is cool tho. He is 100% doing his job the best he can when they order the part he needs. He is so nice.

        I was looking for a place off campus for myself. Ken Williams welcomed me. He was polite and very nice and also very honest about how great the living conditions are over here. If you want a decent place to stay and great customer service, visit The Arch and ask for Kenkorian.
