Will steal your deposit AND Abrasiaviely rude. He wants His money up front. Excuses upon excuses on returning $200 deposit. Claims to have mailed or I must of gave a wrong forwarding address.. I CALL B.S. JUST A -LOW LIFE CON MAN . Place was filthy and broken glass in the shower I had to clean up upon getting settled in. Wiggle the the Stove plug to get it working, And fixed the Hot water facet on my own. No professional walk through before or after.I did all I was supposed to do to get my deposit back and BOB can't honer his part of the agreement be a honest business man and give people their.
