        One day you will hear about HCS healthcare Solutions because they will make the news due to their consistent negligence regarding customers and customer care. This outfit is completely inept at anything other than billing Medicaid and Medicare. If your doctor recommends this outfit please beg him for a different recommendation. This used to be Lincare, a local company taking care of local people, they've been bought out by sharks that feed on the elderly and poor.

        This company is predatory. They delivered a nebulizer to my home without telling me it was a rental, then proceeded to charge us an amount that exceeds the value of the device monthly. I realized 2 months in and had them pick it up, but am stuck with the bill from the first two months. I wasted hours of my life trying to get someone on the phone who was capable of helping. I finally gave up as there is no such person. Edit to add: I'm even more frustrated that they so quickly replied to my negative review when I've been trying to get help for months.
