        The owner is very professional, if I needed something fixed or had a problem Bob was right on it. His rentals are very clean and he is very courteous .He fully refunded my deposit becsuse as instructed I gave him a 1 week before notice of moving out. So to those settling his character plesse give a week notice and clean up and u will get your deposit back
