Brandon is a go to guy when it comes to customer service. My story: I had two axles installed on my fifth wheel trailer in July at Big Tex Trailer in Indianapolis,IN in July 2024. The brakes were did not seem to be working well so I was going to adjust them when we reached our destination. I found out at that time that the axles had been mounted upside down and the brakes would not function correctly in that orientation. Big Tex wanted me to bring the trailer back so they could verify the problem (800+ miles). I wont recommend Big Tex to anyone but Recreational Sales and Service will bend over backwards to help you out. I removed the axles and took them in and Brandon welded new spring mounts in the correct position to solve the problem. I received same day service without an appointment at a better than fair price to get us back on the road. True customer service. He also has a huge inventory of parts. Thanks Brandon!

I was going to get a trailer from Lowes. I'm glad I didn't. Their trailers are priced better and are built way better than anything you can find at Lowes. Also professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them if you need a trailer.

Excellent service, excellent product, purchase a 22 foot equipment trailer from Brandon, I'm 59 and have purchased a lot of trailers and this was one of the smoothest experiences I've had, usually never give a 5 star to anyone but these guy's deserve it, would highly recommend,we drove from Mississippi to do business with them, thanks!
