Solid service by solid people. Fixed an issue with my pickup in an extremely fast time and did a very professional job. They were extremely knowledgeable and filled in me on everything that was needed and what was done afterwards. This will be my go to mechanic for anything and everything.

James and Don were very thorough while inspecting my daughters car and addressing all the safety concerns we had. I was provided a detailed estimate with pictures breaking down all of the issues they found and was also advised which issues should be addressed first if my budget couldnt accommodate all of the repairs needed at one time. They went over and beyond in getting my daughters car done in a timely manner while providing quality service for a reasonable price. Their knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations. As a woman it can be difficult yet frustrating finding quality mechanics who are honest and wont take advantage of our mechanical ignorance. Just having peace of mind and knowing you are in good hands is definitely a five star service that is rare. I would highly recommend My Mechanic! Twice now I have called My Mechanic for emergency service, the first time actually stranded in a parking lot. During that experience (an electrical anti theft issue) they diagnosed everything and when they couldn't fix it in the parking lot, helped me arrange towing and stayed with me until the car was picked up, while also making sure I was picked up. The second ti.e (electrical on my daughter's Jeep) they fit me into their schedule same day, and fixed the problem in under an hour. Charges were more than reasonable, and in both cases I felt that I was treated professionally and with respect, which doesn't always happen for females getting mechanic work done.
