Bradford went above and beyond to make sure we had the excavator we reserved. We reserved an excavator and you understand how things can happen-the one being returned needed some attention so we were not going to be able to get one for the weekend. I needed. I explained to Bradford that I had a work crew lined up and my supplies delivered, weather was cooperating and I really needed him to pull a rabbit out of his hat. And Bradford did just that! A beautiful top of the line excavator was delivered, after hours even. Bradford called a few times throughout the weekend to ensure everything was going good. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

I've rented a couple times now and each time had a great experience from beginning to the end of the rental. Bradford went above and beyond helping me out with the right equipment and checking up with me during the duration of the rent. I had a busted hydraulic line due to my own error and they had a mechanic out right away to get us back up and going. I highly recommend giving Braford a call to get you setup for your next equipment needs.

Great service and price for a 30 day rental, no issues with the machine and Bradford Abele called to see if everything was ok after a few days. delivery technician was extremely helpful on the functionality of the machine. Picked up with no issues. I called around to a few places and nobody came close in price for an enclosed cab tracksteer. Ill be back for the next job Thanks!

Would like to say that Bradford at Thompson rentals was very professional and answered any questions that may have come up he went beyond his duty to make sure everything was in place for delivery and even checked on progress to make sure everything was going well I cant express how pleased I was with everything.Thanks Bradford for a great experience, I would highly recommend Thompson rentals to anyone needing heavy equipment,I will continue to use them in the future.
