Timberlane Apartments

I stopped here on my way out of town because I clipped a curb and my engine suddenly started revving and smoking when I parked it. They fixed it in 2 minutes and didnt even charge me! I was so scared because I was 45 minutes away from home but they were life savers and so nice!

The apartment on Gilmer Avenue need electrical repairs in all apartments and on the outside. There needs to be new stairs installed as the stairs that are in place now are wobbly and very old. This has been the complaint of every tenant. The previous maintenance put in the wrong door on my apartment and I have asked for a replacement door with a peephole which I have not received. I asked about a replacement last year and again this year. I was told to buy a peephole and they will put it in, but if i pay rent I shouldn't have to buy a peephole. If I do buy one, I should be reimbursed. There are better apartments for a decent price.
