They were wonderful. We purchased a home and called another plumber to look at stuff to make sure we could get water turned on. After he did nothing and told us we couldn't get the water on anytime soon we called several days later Scott Carr. He showed up the next day inspected everything on a very cold day even crawled under the house and in less than an hour we had water. We would recommend to anyone needing plumber services.
