        The ladies are very nice , but they won't call you back . The last time I tried to redo my loan I couldn't get anybody to call me back. I called for 3 days and just got the run around. I called this morning to redo my loan and hadn't received a call back so I called them. I was told that Kim would be calling me in a few mins and that was over an hr ago.
