Something needs to be done about yalls service. 2 weeks ago I was picked up by ambulance. Severe chest pain hard time breathing and the paramedics made me walk from my livingroom down my porch steps and halfway across my yard and climb on the stretcher MYSELF . I almost slipped diwn in the mud my daughter grabbed my arm to stop my fall NOT the paramedics. Then my daughter asked them if I was ok and the female paramedic told her..your moms lungs are just tired of working. This was not something a paramedic should tell anyone muchless someones daughter. The other male paramedic used an 18 gauge needle to put in IV and laughed about it to a nurse at the hospital. After removing IV another nurse told me I would have to hold tight pressure on it cause the needle he used was too big. I bleed for way too long. Horrible situation
