Very disappointed with my appointment recently. I really miss Dr. Kolovich he was the best! He was very informative and personable with his patients. His replacement is the total opposite. He examined my tooth walked out the room without saying anything to me and proceeded to send his assistant in to tell me, he wouldn’t be able to remove my tooth and I needed to have a surgeon to remove it. I feel he should have explained that to me and not his assistant. That was very unprofessional in my opinion. Furthermore the receptionist was to call in a referral however she did attempt to call the referral In while I was there but was unsuccessful. I called to follow up on the referral and she stated it was called in but I never received a call from anyone for an appointment. I was surprised snd very disappointed of how I was treated and will never return there for any services again. I’ve always felt welcomed, important and comfortable with Dr. Kolovich…Might I also add I drove from Birmingham for this awful treatment.,,,,,Just had to vent and share my experience
