I have used the service here for years. This year the price went up drastically with no warning until after she did my taxes. I gave them a check for the $285. After I pick them up I get a call that she didn't realize that i had another insurance part of the year and asked me to bring it back. I did. I get another call that it's ready again and now she wants another $195 for having to refile even though she didn't catch the issue the first time around. When I questioned it she was rude saying "look at all the work I had to do". I'm a single mom and she knows it. That's close to $500 now to get my taxes this year. I recommend you go anywhere else but there.
