        If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, I don't know where to begin. Let's see, they upped my rate a month after getting a unit. The unit was dirty and unattended to when I got it. I told them I was moving out and they still tried to charge me my monthly fee and late fee and wouldnt refund me despite me being moved out. Customer service is bad, and unhelpful. Save your time and money. Don't waste the time or hassle dealing with these guys.

        Dont rent here! The costs (storage rental, insurance, additional fees) continually go up continually. The gate has been repaired recently which is a plus (before that the gate was broken so remained open, not secured for at least 4 months), but have been twice in the last week and cannot get into the gate, with only sorry we cannot assist you replies on the phone. Needless to say I cannot access my unit that I desperately need to get into.

      Hi Toby,We apologize your storage experience was not up to the standards we strive to provide for our tenants. All leases are month to month and state a rate increase may occur. We typically have an increase once a year between March and May. I have looked through our accounts so I can look into this further in your move-out matter. Unfortunately, I was unable to as we don't have a tenant current or prior by the name of Toby Autry. Please know rent is due on the first of every month and when vacating a min 3-day notice is required as stated in the lease. If we were not notified before the 1st of the month or your billing date rent is required and if not paid on or before the 5th a late fee is applied. We would like to discuss this further with you, if you would please email us at [email protected].
