When we walked in on Friday March 1rst 2024 we had to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes. No one was up front or even visible in the back. When they did appear, they were not friendly. As if we bothered them. After we got our food the 3 if them went out to smoke leaving the restaurant unattended again. The chicken nuggets were awful. The fries were good and fresh.

The staff was amazing and the store was clean. I just dunno tho that burger wasn't worth what they charge. And I'd like to emphasize thats no fault to the staff there but they burgers are easily beatable by nearly any burger joint (not you McDonalds) in the area for less.

I have visited this location many times and despite my desire for them to succeed, they keep disappointing me. Tonight I visited through the drive thru to poor service, not greeted at the window with anything other than my total, despite trying to be nice, the rude young lady in the window was clearly not happy and was ready to go home. Then I noticed the young man adding French fries to my bag from a black carry out container. Upon further inspection of our food I noticed my fries on both meals were old, hard and burnt. My tenders were cold and my daughters 8 count nuggets were shorted to a 6 count. Utter disappointment for this location as it has the potential to be so successful, but the staff is going to cause it to fail
