        They never answer their phones and do not call in prescriptions when you need them.

        To all thats responsible for being over medications sham on you! My son was out for weeks! Went up there several times and called more than that. You cant just let someone go without their medication and especially for what hes taking it for! Very dangerous! Im sure you wouldnt let a family member or friend do without so why would you someone trusting you with their life? And still havent sent records over to his new doctor They do NOT care!!!

        constant turn over of staff. some were compassionate but others seem to just be there for the paychrck

        I took my teenager here with needs that were obviously never going to be met. At first, we had a therapist who seemed like she was going to be a good fit. That we were to be scheduled weekly due to the needs that needed to be met. The next visit, we are told she left Altapointe for another job. So then we were given a social worker who was very kind & thorough about how she conducts sessions. Agreed that we could continue on the weekly visits.Next visit comes. She is gone as well. We are given the worst possible person for my kids needs. The last visit included us being told she didnt show up that day. Then scheduled us almost a month away. She told us nothing was in the file stating weekly sessions. We didnt return. We found a wonderful therapist but hate we wasted a lot of time. Be better Altapointe.
