Took a pair of white jeans to have the zipper replaced.Was charged 13.00 for repair didn't wear them again till about 1 month later. Zipper was not replaced it still was doing the same thing as when I took them in to be repaired. Long story short I will never use this cleaner again I'm very disappointed and angry because I was charged for a repair that wasn't done.

I used Coleman's several years ago to do the cleaning and alterations for my wedding dress and bridesmaid's dresses. She done absolutely wonderful. So now, 12 years later, I chose to go back to have the same wedding dress cleaned & preserved. I have absolutely no complaints! The service was great, the price was not bad, at all and the owner kept me up to date, because it took a little while to get the kit for preserving my wedding dress. But she was never impatient or hid away from my calls and I greatly appreciate that! I am from out of town and in the rehab center here I Sylacauga they picked up a pair of pants from here to hem last Monday today is Tuesday and Im going home they have not delivered my pants and I have been trying to call for 2 days and the phone said they were not available now what kind of business is that I need my pants Service: Alterations
