        On Thursday, March 7th, 2024 around 4pm CST. I called AAA of Alabama to request towing. My vehicle was at a complete stop on the soft shoulder of the business I-65 South. This is when I was introduced to the sweetest Dispatcher named Mz. Bridgett and she informed me; she would send assistance right away and she did. She was kind enough to inform my family of my location, because my cellphone was down to 5%. She sent their Driver Mr. John; who arrived in less than 20 minutes to the rescue.
