This company installed my outdoor lighting, there are four lights that doesn't work properly, have made numerous attempts to contact him (Ward) and have made several appointments for him to come back to fix lights and he will not show up and also he avoids my call and have also sent him several text. He has called himself fixing those lights a couple of times previously and still they are not working properly.
It's a shame that so called little businesses such as Lighted Lawn claim that they do such a magnificent job to get the job and don't.
I'm tee'd off about it wishing that i had went with another company maybe they would've done a much better job.
The job was done classless and in poor taste and on top of that not stand behind their work and for customers to spend out the type of money that it cost for the lights and labor and don't stand by their work and DON'T CARE!! again Beware of this company!! and specifically Ward Pepperman.
Gonna have to hire another company to come fix what he can't or won't fix.
