Taco Bell

Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru, dining room was closed for some reason. Got to the menu board just to be told they would accept cash only. Drove to another TB 25 minutes away. Spent 15 minutes in line, got to the menu board to be told cash only. There was no exit at this store, so had to wait 15 additional minutes to leave. There's a lot going on in the world today, and this is a relatively small thing, but I was so angry. A simple poster board sign communicating cash only would have saved me undoubtedly others valuable time.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, many of them are messing up our orders lately. This one was spot on, friendly, comfortable, and clean.

I've gotten several burritos on several different occasions from here that have hard crunchy rice. DON'T SERVE UNDER COOKED RICE YOU JERKS. It's not hard just wait 15 minutes for the rice to freaking soften.... Worse burritos ever and I eat taco bell frequently. It's normally good. It's been a while so I got my favorite two dollar burrito that has rice in it. The rice is crunchy and undercooked again. This problem seems to be fairly consistent at this location.

i was missing something from my food and i didnt realize it until i got home, i hate complaining abt food being wrong because i worked in food service but i really wanted what i ordered. when i called the manager was nice enough to make me new food and gave me some coupons for free tacos! she was very kind

Needs some help. I've worked at a Taco Bell. Ingredient portions were inconsistent, such as little steak in one chalupa and too much lettuce. But the team seemed to be working hard and management was courteous.
