I split 2 units between me and a friend of mine. We have an outside unit and an enclosed unit to store our atv's. They went up $40 on both of them which is terrible because they don't have an on site manager anymore as far as I know, and the gate never works half the time. We could try to get in past office hours and it was a 50/50 chance if it would decline us or not. We even pay for the 24 hour access which is a rip off already if you can't get into the gate. Yea the facility is usually pretty clean and kept up but thier rates are absolutely ridiculous and they don't seem like they really care about thier customers. If I could rate this place a 0 star rating I would but unfortunately that's not an option. Please don't pay attention to the paid reviews because most of them are lies. I've been watching people leave that place for the past 6 months and wish I would have done the same alot sooner. Just be smart and find a different storage place because I promise all they want is your money, and all of it.

This was a great storage place I have had for 2 years and now they increased their rates more than a little and hit me for an extra $50 Feb 1st and when I called to see why they said they emailed me and I said I will just vacate then but then they said well you will have to pay the following month too because February only has 29 days in the month and we require 30, so I'll be stuck paying 1 more month. They planned this perfectly I got to say but that was dumb on their part because now they lose my business and probably alot more. If this is how they treat a never late always paying client then I hope people see this review and continue shopping around for different storage facility and there is quite a few more out there.

The employee at the facility office was very courteous, friendly, and professional when I spoke with her. The problem has been trying to get in touch with someone at the facility. The day that I went to rent a unit, I called ahead the day before to make sure that they would be open, and was told that they would be, but when I arrived during the scheduled business hours, no one was in the office, and no one would answer the phone. I was able to reserve a unit online, which definitely helped, but it was frustrating that I was not able to speak with someone in person, either face-to-face or on the phone when I arrived during the advertised times, and also within the times that I have been told someone would be there. I have called a few other times over the past few weeks during normal business hours, and it has been hit or miss as to whether someone would answer the phone. I was able to finally speak with an employee on the phone a few minutes ago, so maybe things are getting better.
