Shoals Area CBOC

Best VA clinic around has been my experience. I know from time to time the phone doesnt get answered but you will see that anywhere. My health care at this facility gets a 5 STAR PLUS ratings. Receptionists do their job so not being overly friendly does not come into play. The nurse for Dr. Thompson is spot on, friendly, and never fails to ask how I am feeling. Dr. Thompson never rushes through my appointment. He tells me whats going on with me,and then asks If I have any questions or concerns. I am well taken care of.

Tried to reschedule an appt. Can't get an actual human on the phone to do so.

This is my latest experience with this place. I have tried to call three times to reschedule an appointment for my husband and cannot get a human to answer the phone. So I guess if you want to get something done you have to physically drive over there? Beyond frustrated I would give less than one star If I could!!

Without a doubt the best clinic I have been involved with. Dr Thompson is the best Doctor I have ever had. Cant say enough about how good I have it. THANK YOU
