I had a very good experience with 1st Choice! Felicia worked out all the details, Stacey installed the vinyl siding (exceptional), Brandon repaired the fencing and gate (exceptional) , Ryan helped me with finding financing and Scott worked with me to complete the project.

I just had a large insulated awning installed over my patio. The structural integrity of this unit is beyond my expectations! Coming from an aerospace background I can appreciate the aluminum posts used, are at least 1/8 wall thickness. The roof is insulated and can easily hold a 200 lb person. I purchased an 8 blade ceiling fan and the crews electrician flawlessly installed it. An existing irrigation line needed to be relocated and their irrigation specialist made quick work of that and later ensured the heads were still set properly. The onsite supervisor Charlie is an expert in his field. And there was no question he was in charge of his crew. The team all worked well together. They were professional and very courteous every single day on the job. Special mention for Scott (owner), Charlie, Levi, Glenn, Braxton and Bill. All great guys! One more notable thing to mention, I had my new fortified roof installed with new gutters and downspouts last summer (2023). Naturally I was concerned about the soffit cutback and the new flashing installation for the awning and the potential compromise of a new roof. At my request I had my roofer inspect the new flashing installed by First Choice Home Improvements crew. I wanted to be sure! My awning company gladly accepted my request and both companies came together very professionally. My roofer whom I trust, was impressed to say the least! Charlie and his crew are top notch technicians! My Kudos to all! Thank you and God Bless! P.S. My neighbor behind me also had great comments. She had been watching the project all week and she was impressed by the crews diligence and meticulous work habits of the crew. Now thats something to say. An unbiased report from a neighbor that has no skin in the game and to report positively, that says alot to me. She was so impressed, she may become a referral as she too is now interested in having a similar awning installed.

Joshua Burton was wonderful. He was so precise to match tiles and everything is even and level. He is awesome.
