        I have been rehabbing a bulging disc in my lower back for a few weeks. TOC in Scottsboro has been fantastic. The therapists and the entire staff have been great. They really listen to my concerns, help me gauge my activity levels for maximum benefit, and work hard to help me build strength to combat further pain. The at home exercises I have been taught give me relief in addition to strengthening my spine. I highly recommend TOC and truly appreciate the professionalism and caring attitude of everyone there. February 2024 - updated review. Any time I need physical therapy Scottsboro TOC is my facility of choice. Everyone from staff to therapists are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I have been rehabbing a spinal injury and the care I have been given is exemplary. Im feeling better and the st home exercises Ive been taught are really helpful. I can only say that TOC is great and I highly recommend them.
