I sincerely apologize that you have had a bad experience, but we have no record of you being in our system and being seen. I have reviewed all calls with my front desk, and we have no record of this conversation. If you missed an appointment, we would have rescheduled you. We do charge a no show fee because we do not overbook our appointment times. We reserve that time for you and as you would have signed in your new patient paperwork, if you are a patient of ours, we do charge a no show fee for appointments missed or not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. The no show fee is expected to be paid before another appointment will be made. Again, this is all stated in new patient paperwork of our office policy.
