i have lived at Sunset Square Apts. in both phases 1 and 2 for nearly 7 years. In my opinion it is a great place to live. There is very llittle if any crime that occurs here though I do think that security cameras should be installed. Maint. is wonderful and Mack seems to go the extra mile to keep up with the maint. issues. Though I have enjoyed previous managers, our newest manager Brandy seems to be doing a great job. She is open to listening and i feel as if i can go to her without worry to express my concerns and opinions. She is very professional and seems to be doing her best during this time of the pandemic. If anyone is looking for a nice, safe community to live in I would not hesitate on this location.

Hi, I would like to say I have lived in sunset square apt. going on three years now, I very much like it, mainly because it's peaceful and quiet, no one bothers you and it seems to have no crime, I'm very much please d with maint. there very attendant and the manager works very hard to help and answer your needs. All in all a very nice place to live. Pat and Shane

I called inquiring about rental information and Ms. Brandy Brothers was very helpful and polite.
