Of course finding the perfect home as a first time home buyer is not easy. However, Shundra & my loan officer made the process smooth for me. I told her I wanted to live back in Saraland as that is where Ive spent most of my younger days. We looked at several homes, not all located in Saraland. The market was hot and the houses were selling quickly. So, every home I tried to make an offer on, it literally sold before I could get my offer in. We stopped, we prayed and then we kept looking. When I had given up, Shundra sent me one more house and guess where it was located. Saraland!!! She said Lets put in an offer. What do you know, I was the very first person to put in an offer. Even when I lost hope, she had enough faith for me. The closing process was smooth; Ive now been in my home in Saraland for over a year and it is the perfect home for myself and my son. Im so grateful she sent me that one last house before I threw in the towel.

This lady is one of a kind. She worked wonders with helping us to relocate and purchase our second home. Very patient and God has given her the gift of wisdom and knowledge to work those numbers so that it will work in your favor. I thank God for our process.
