Firehouse Subs Saraland

Went here yesterday and the service was horrible!!!!!! When they called my name I told them that I'm disabled and it would take a minute for me to get to the counter and they say ok but then just keep calling my name and getting louder each time and with a attitude and when I said that I told you that I was disabled and would take a minute to get to the counter they ALL just laughed and pushed my food away and walked away laughing more and more, so if you treat people like that you need to be a shamed of yourself!!!!!!

We go here twice a week generally it's OK. But when I get home my sandwich is not how I ordered it. There is alwayz!!! Something missing. My steamer this time had very little cornbeef and letus no pickle no tomatoes they were out of pastrami. Very unprofessional giggling, loud. It's every week never the same people working, always new people.

Food was great. They had some girls behind the counter not in uniform giggling and talking loudly. The same girls come out and start talking about how nasty the ice machine is. We are sitting right by the drink machine. Very unprofessional.

I use to love The New York Steamer, but the last 3 I bought the meat has been so fatty that I just ate the bread. I will never buy another one.

Food was great, service on the slow side, had difficulty getting the cashier to understand the order. Tiny dining area, rather smokey on the day I visited
