        Dont go Because they will approve you and then they will turn you down at the last minute. There is no effort or compassion. Youd be best to go to another one. I went through the process online and got approved and then got several calls and before they were able to finish, they Made an excuse not to do it, so dont fool with him. Please run.!!!!!!! And I dealt with them before and paid off the loan with no problem. These are people that dont care.!!!!!! This is the branch in Saraland! Alabama!!!!! Run !!!

        Ran my credit and created an inquiry for no reason. They use a flawed software which gives an inaccurate picture of debt to income. They use the word approved before you have literally been approved which is highly misleading and false advertising. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

      Robert, that means that you were prequalified based on satisfying basic loan criteria. A branch loan specialist then needed to verify the information on your application for final approval. Checking for prequalified offers won’t affect your credit score, however when you complete an application, a credit check will occur that may impact it. - ck
