Hampton Inn & Suites Saraland Mobile

This is a great hotel. The property looks new and is well maintained. The grounds are nicely gardened. The staff is very kind, helpful, friendly, and hard working. They are customer focused. The breakfast has many choices and well stocked (especially fruit, which is important to me). I got great sleep here and just love this place. It is also close to good restaurants and amenities. Im a Hilton Prime member and wish all hotels matched this one.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. No its not luxurious or a notable 5 star hotel BUT BUT BUT your stay here is NOT taken for granted and the service and staff are phenomenal, every one of them! All of the staff seem to genuinely care about their customers, always smiling, always cheerful and always seemed happy to see you. Im not exaggerating when I say service and a friendly staff can do a lot for your business and these fine folks at the Hampton Inn & suites in Saraland got it right! The breakfast was awesome, plenty of parking, a nice pool, an incredible looking gym and the rooms were clean. I will definitely not stay anywhere else but here.

The room was completely dirty. All surfaces were dirty, the floor, the tables, everything. I was overcharged my second nights stay. Its a beat up and run down hotel for a Hampton, one would expect at least a clean room. No one was at the front desk. When there was someone at the front desk, many other hotel guests were bringing their TV remotes to the desk clerk complaining they did not work and the clerk was handing out batteries to everyone for their remotes.
