The Home Inspection Squad did an outstanding job. They had an appointment available in the time frame that I needed, within 2 days. TK and Josh were very personable and gave me detailed information throughout the inspection and provided future maintenance recommendations. I highly recommend them.

This is an excellent team. They were able to schedule me right in time. I was given detailed inspections and recommendations. This company provided the resources and visuals which helped me make wise decisions during my first home buying process. I recommend this company 100%.

So far they've cost me $26,000 with failing to tell me the sub floor was rotted out the air conditioner didn't work and I have no idea how much are carpenter bee infestation will end up costing us and that wasn't even mentioned in our report yet they are drilling holes into every square inch of our roof. This company is a fraud they offer a 90-day warranty but failed to say that the warranties must be approved by a third party company that literally will never prove you for anything under any circumstances they will always have an excuse as to why you are not covered. I would not recommend this company they came out they were laughing and joking and acting like best friends but in all reality they are poorly doing their job and what they say on paper and on their website it's just to get your money they have no follow through. They even clean they will buy the house back from you yet they did not even look into this option to see if we would qualify. Literally spend every dollar to my name trying to make my home livable for my family and are going to be without a kitchen for the next year trying to save up the money I've had to spend on all this stuff that I did not anticipate. I have a family of six and have nowhere to wash my baby's bottles or cook dinner because I've had to invest $30,000 into a home within 2 months of owning it. All claims denied.

My central heat and air unit was broken and I fell they lied and said it was working cost me $13,000. My subfloor was rotted out cost me another $2000 said signs of possible previous water leak no pictures. roof was damaged by carpenter bees they just said signs of wood destroying organism and took a picture of a hole the size of my pinkie circumference when there were like 300 of them. They will make you think your home is good.We are 40k in the hole after buying a house 10k over appraisal due to market and needing somewhere to go so thanks to trusting this scammer company I'm in the hole big. If Dave (who did my inspection) had discloses information up front I would not have bought the house. And then TK talks about how they buy back houses and you might qualify but yet they do not actually do any of that they just talk about it and say you don't qualify or never mention it again if you are claims are denied which they will be because they will always have an excuse as to why they will not cover it just like any other insurance company.
