KFC

We placed an order on line and given a pick up time of 30 minutes. When we arrived at the location and went through drive thru we were instructed to pull to a front parking spot due to our order not being ready. After waiting an additional 30 minutes we were told that the chicken was still frozen and would have to come back way later because they could not sub our food or refund our money . The manager on shift was very rude and refused sub our food, refused to refund our money, refused to give me any contact information for corporate or upper management and told me to leave due to being to loud !!! Who wouldnt be mad when I was calling and they wouldnt answer the phone. Who wouldnt be mad when you were told that they wouldnt sub out food or your order ! Who wouldnt be mad when you were told that they wouldnt refund your money !! This place is a joke !! I strongly suggest not wasting your money or time here !!

Horrible. The worst KFC on the planet. If I owned this KFC I would close it down to save some embarrassment. When I walked up the employees at least 2 or 3 were all outside no customers ( I can understand why ). Inside looked like it hadn't been swept or tables cleaned in weeks. I went for lunch got 2-3 hour old Original recipe chicken so hard even the extra crispy recipe ran away. The meat was literally grey and brown. I took one bite of the mashed potatoes then tried the chicken then took the whole tray to the garbage. 3-7-24 12:05pm if the owner doubts this review please look at the video.

I stood at the cash register on the inside for at least 10 minutes. So the lady in the Drive-Thru window comes up to the front counter, so I explained to her I understand you're busy she throws a hand up at me as you say be quiet I don't want to hear that, so I tell her man don't put your hand up on me she said I'm not taking your order now you can leave the store I said let me have the home office number, then she threatened me with police, so I had to call the Police. So now the magic tries to give me the store you didn't want to talk to me then I want the home office number she told the police I cussed her out I was rude to, truth of the matter she wouldn't even let me explain how I understood they we're busy. I will never go to KFC in Russellville again horrible everything!!!!!!! I'm so upset I use no punctuation in this whole.... The Russellville, Al KFC
