        Would have given ZERO stars if that was an option. Does not return calls when requested and has little to no communication with the homeowner. Complicated and delayed closing process due to incorrect information and failure to follow through. I also received a letter in the mail that my home was non compliant and needed upgrades so my policy would be cancelled yet I had not even closed on the home yet. There was zero communication from this agency in the matter. They had my policy in affect and were billing me, and we hadn’t even completed closing. I had multiple conversations with them on the closing delays yet they failed to ensure the policy was not implemented.
