        I bought my pump and control panel from this company so long ago I cant remember but there on call tech Mike is the best when it comes to after care service. Every time I have a problem he is able to walk me through it in no time. If I ever need a new pump I will be returning as long as they are in business.

        I called for help with the pump not working on automatic and Jacob was here in less than one house. Very nice person, great representative of this fine business. We have had them before and will continue to seek their help when needed. Everyone give them a chance.

        We called the Hydra Service, Inc on 9/27/21 to check our Lift Station pump. We spoke with Laurie and inquired about the charge and we were told $100 per hour. Zack, the service man, came and check the pump and noted no power connected to the pump and therefore cant check the pump. Only stayed for 15 minutes and charged $200. This is a highway robbery and will not recommend the company.
