New owners are sorry excuses!! Dishwasher has been broken for over almost two months, can't get pest control at all but goes up on the rent!! It use to be a good complex and things were taken care of before the new owners came in. I'm calling the new station and putting them on blast!!

Wouldnt recommend !! Ive lived here almost a year and since day 1 have had nothing but complains. Everything from mold, roaches, gnats, snakes, broken appliances and rude neighbors. The maintenance man is lazy and doesnt keep the apartments up to par!! I sat in the heat for days because my air conditioner went out. I put in a maintenance request with the leasing manager early one Friday morning. The maintenance man didnt come until 3 days later and by then I had already figured out how to fix myself. Ive even requested for pest control several times because there are roaches and gnats coming out of the SINK DRAINS AND VENTS !!! But no one has came and I put in the request online 2 months ago ! Also Its almost been a year and Ive been asking for a new dishwasher because mine doesnt drain properly. The dirty water just fills up in the bottom to the point where itll overflow !! It has caused a gnat infestation in my apartment and maintenance hasnt done a thing but come and turn on the rinse cycle. The water will drain momentarily but then slowly but surely start to refill with the food and all back into my dishwasher. Dont move here not worth $650 when the maintenance isnt keeping the apartments up.

I was supposed to move in but the apartment looked disgusting beyond believe!! I refused to move in. And I never heard back from them even tho I've called multiple times. They took my 500.00 and they refused to give it back.!! Do yourself a favor and walk away.

I love the apartment manager she was so nice Ill definitely be back to pat my deposit on the 1st thanks A lot Ms.Joanna your such a doll
