      image Went in for lunch and bare minimum ingredients available. The ingredients available didn't even taste fresh. All the talk of refresh to eat fresh is just a catchy phrase.

      image I just went in to get my familys dinner and I ordered 8 sandwichesthe red headed lady behind the counter not wearing a name tag immediately got an attitude saying that if I wanted that many I should have used the app! Since when is it required to use the app to order food? Since when can you not walk into a Subway and watch your sandwich being freshly made? This is one of the appealing qualities of Subway but not at the Red Bay Location! She continued making my sandwiches while huffing and puffing about each one and then I noticed that she hadnt even put her gloves on! When I asked her to put them on and re make my sandwiches please she refused to and said that I would still have to pay for the ones she had already made! I asked for her name and she rudely said that she wasnt going to tell me! I dont know any place else that would stand for their customers to be treated with such disrespect or employ such lazy nasty people who dont treat their customers right! I do not recommend this Subway location to anyone and we will be going to the Belmont location until its improved and this rude nasty red headed lady no longer works there! We found a hair in one sandwich and they were all sloppy and poorly made! I wouldnt have even given it one star but I had to so that I would be able to write my review!!!
