Bob Tiffin Service Center

Having retired for the same sort of business here's my take. The majority of folks there are good friendly people. My observation is that some of the procedures need to be reworked sooner than later. I will spare the reader without going into some long post of how I would change it. But you shouldn't ask someone about one thing and be told that they have no idea and go talk to this other person.. 4 times.

We have been to the Red Bay, AL service center three times. Yes, initially we were not happy to need to come here. But that cloud has a bright silver lining. Of course we're happy because we got good service from pleasant, professional staff, no camping charge, met townspeople who made us feel welcome, and met other owners we hope will be life-long friends. We would especially like to say, "Thank you," to Karen Timbs for awesome customer service. Alabama might be a little out of the way for some but it's the ONLY place to go for quality Tiffin service. Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Side view mirror repair

No support services for any rig not under warranty..what are owners of older rigs supposed to do??

If you have a new coach then you can park your coach. Mine is not new and was told to find another parking area. That was a change from my last visit. Not happy.
