They looked after me very well. Worked with me on payments when times were hard and couldn't afford my payment. They were very transparent as far as fees and quotes and i was able to get it almost half the cost through allstate vs a competitors rates that i had for years . When i had my car crash they were very accommodating and made sure i got paid and made sure i was covered . The other party tried to say alot of things but allstate had my back and i appreciated that. My insurance agent (Heather)would even email with me personally to help me with anything i needed help with as i work alot and i cannot be in person etc and they were very accommodating. I could not say anything bad about my experience with these guys

Working with the Tyler Elliott Agency was one of the best experiences I've had in quite sometime. Working with agent Sharon Rawls was exceptional. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in meeting my insurance needs and on top of that she beat the price I was paying from another company along with more coverage. Tyler Elliott Agency makes you feel welcomed and not like just another contract number. When I went to his office, Mr. Elliott came out of his office and introduced himself, shook hands with me and talked briefly as if he'd known me for a long time. Such a friendly group of employees and nice place to do business.
