        Had a problem with the T770 high flow hydraulic quick disconnect. It would not snap in and stay connected. I loaded the machine and took it straight to Taylor at Bobcat of Gadsden. She wasted no time identifying the part it needed. Barry took time out to fix it on the spot. I managed to get another 2.5 hours of work done today, thanks to their quick response and desire to help. Many thanks!

        I had an issue with my Bobcat skidsteer and I was really in a bind to get it fixed quickly. I called Taylor first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. She quickly put me in touch with Barry, the service technician, and he was in Scottsboro by noon and had me back in business!!         I Google Bobcat Montgomery last week , think was Friday, broke down in Prattville and needing assistance. Somehow website sent me to Gadsden. Not knowing , I asked for help , and help I got. Spoke with Taylor & Bobby. Quick to help me with hesitation. At some realized I had somehow called Gadsden , and they Both still continued to Happily help myself. When ended up calling Montgomery , all I had to do was order part number. They assisted myself with Old School values. I was Greatful to them Both. I tried to find reveiws , but I am older and awful with technology. Hope this can be translated to a reveiw on yalls end. Thank you again , Taylor & Bobby Ricky Clark Clark Plumbing LLC
