So, Monday comes around and we go to pick up our dog and they have no idea as the paper said pickup on Wed. Even called At 10:19 we called to see when he would be bathed. And they said pick up after 12:00. We go to pick up at approximately 3pm and then that's when nothing was done. Dog wasn't bathed. They gave us the bag back for our dog Duke and there was still food left over. As I gave them food for the weekend and Monday morning. We get to the house and he eats all his food in about 2 min. I will never leave my dog there and I hate that who ever checked him in was confused. I don't think everyone treated him bad but if you can't even get the days right or do whats asked. Then that's not a place I would want to ever leave my fur baby at.
