        Ed and his team are literally the best in business! I dont care when I have to call this company, hes company! I was stuck in a muddy area on a truck that I didnt know had 4WD. I called First Call Towing l and he save me money walking me through the process. I wouldnt recommend any other towing company in Montgomery/prattville other than this one!! Make them your first call for real.

        Amazing experience!! I called First Call Towing as my daughters car was stuck on the side of the road. The owner was in the middle of towing another vehicle and gave me an exact time when he could get to her car. Mr. Ed Jones kept in contact with me and called me once he made it to her car. He delivered her car to our home quickly during the storm. He was very kind and personable. Id give him 20 stars if I could. Thank you again Mr. Jones for your towing service and great customer service!

        Definitely the guy to call when you're broke down. Came out on Easter Sunday to help me on the side of the road. Did a bang out job. Got me loaded up on my trailer with his dynamic so I could travel back to South Alabama. Can't thank him enough. Highly recommend him.
