      image Do not use U-HAUL in Prattville especially if Dee is managing. The absolute WORST experience. I never write reviews but this company is horrendous to deal with. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get a refund and never received it. My reservation was set weeks ago with an out the door price and they charged me an extra $442. I was happy to pay some of it for extended days but they severely increased my contracted amount since reserving. Then required me to bring the truck back empty just so they can look at it if I wanted a refund(truck is already packed and had my fuel in it). Go somewhere else and do not deal with Dee at the Prattville location.
      Ill add that this is a small portion of the issues I encountered
