        I have never had a worse experience in a Hardees in my life and Hardees is my go to fast food place. The food took forever and when we got it it was very cold and my wife said hers had an "off taste". The lady that waited on us named Keneisha was absolutely worthless. Before we got our food she was outside twice and in the ladies room once while it seemed to me her coworkers looked a bit stressed and were tasked with doing their work and Keneisha's. I know help is hard to find but come on. This kind of help isn't doing you any favors.

        No one in line for drive through. Wanted at speaker for over 5 minutes listening to people inside discussing their life. Ordered had to pull forward and wait another 10 minutes for food. Burger was great but they need to do something about service.
