        Ordered in the app and left a tip not knowing it was going to take OVER AN HOUR at the Prattville location to get our food.The screen showed our food was on the way.another 40 minutes and we still had not received our food.Order was simple popcorn chicken,ocean water add sweet cream and a shake.This location service has been BAD the last 2 times!WHY ORDER IN THE APP AND STILL HAVE A LONG WAIT..Instead of asking for a refund,I will NOT be coming back.and we get down the road to see we have the WRONG BURGER AFTER ALL THAT WAITING!

        Waited 30 minutes on 2 drinks. The workers were just standing around when we can clearly see our drinks through the window, also we were the only car there & ordered ahead in the app. I love Sonic but millbrook is way better.
