After 35 years of being treated Dr Wybenga he retired this office. As of June 2023 this office is unprofessional, no bedside manner and total disregard to your health!

Very disappointed how Ive been treated since Wybanga family health care partnered with Baptist. Ever time I call needed to be seen I am told to go to the er or an urgent care. Beyond sick of it. I use to suggest this office to everyone. I will not anymore. And will start looking for a new place. Im 5 months pregnant I dont want to sit in the er for hours to be seen. Ridiculous

Ive been a patient here for over a year with Doctor Wybenga being my primary care provider. I was Diagnosed with adult ADHD, after seeing a psychiatrist and going through an assessment. I started a treatment plan under Dr. Wybenga that has been life changing and successful. Ive never had a problem with any of the staff until today. I was told when calling for my refill that I would have to see Dr. James A. Harrow in order to continue my treatment. That appointment was today. Dr. Harrow walked in introduced himself, then immediately told me I was 35 years old I didnt need treatment, and my symptoms were not real, he never once asked me how I felt since I began treatment and refused to listen to me when I tried to vocalize it. He tried to pass off his opinions as facts even going as far as to say my previous physicians were not qualified to treat ADHD, and I needed to seek treatment elsewhere if I expected treatment for a condition he didnt think I had. Even with my assessment results from the psychiatrist I was referred to prior to beginning treatment. Baptist Health has long been considered a top tier healthcare provider for the area, but I do not see that being a reputation that can be maintained with physicians such as him being employed. Theres already so much negative stigma surrounding mental health, especially in men, and having a physician tell you a condition isnt real, and refusing to listen to a patient even telling them thats not how they feel, or obviously youre doing fine without it because youre here is down right disgraceful.
