always awful service, if you can even call it that, it's just a much of teens hanging out and get to you if they want. barely make the food right, maybe adds one scoop of chicken to a chicken pesto. watery smoothies. tp went downhill bad

Had a terrible experience at this location off of exit 179 in Prattville, AL. The wraps we got were frozen and the guy cooking the food acted like he was high or he did not care about anything. The service was terrible and the food was terrible. We love tropical smoothie cafe but I will not stop here again. If the operator would like to know more just reply and we can talk about it. Ill make time.
