Alfa Insurance

I have been insured by Alfa since I was a teenager on my mom's policy. As an adult i have remained with this company and one day will add my children to policies. They make everything so easy. I see so many different insurance providers and the way they handle accidents through my employment at an injury firm. Not all make the process easy! The cheaper policies with the other insurance providers definitely are not always best. For a few dollars more you can go with the best, Alfa! Ms. Kelly at the Prattville office is amazing!! She has helped me through a couple of claims over the years. She gets everything set up and makes the process so easy!

Mr. Thornton has always been professional and honest. I entrust my insurance to him because he is a man of good moral character and is always interested in making sure my family is covered, but at the most affordable rates possible.

Will has always treated us like family! Anytime, any day! We have never had an issues, wrecks, storms, etc. but he continues to call and check on us. He consults and gives great advice on anything insurance/ finances! Hes honest and a man of his word! You wont be able to find a better agent!
